The Post's Crack Investigative Unit still hasn't recalled the origins of International ANSWER as a front for the Workers World Party. International ANSWER is described in this story as the activist coalition that coordinated Saturday's demonstration and in this one as The organizers of Saturday's march. Whew! Doing the legwork required to write informative stories in the Post is hard.

As others have noted, evidently only the San Jose Mercury News has made the connection:

Some of the WWP's more controversial positions are its support for the governments of Iraq and North Korea; its backing of former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic; its claims that reports of Serbian atrocities against Muslims and Croats were overblown; and its defense as recently as 2000 of the Chinese government's deadly crackdown against pro-democracy demonstrators in Tiananmen Square in 1989....

By the way, those "Serbian atrocities" refer to a slaughter of Muslims that the United States stopped, in the heart of Europe.
