Cartoonist Tom Toles draws an amusing Kim Jong-Il saying "watch me make him jump" as he pushes a huge atomic bomb into President Bush, drawn in his customary form as a moronic cantelope-head, working on Iraq War Plans.

The sage Toles in the lower footnote-panel has Bush jumping up to exclaim, "Whoa! Another reason to attack Saddam." Which it is, not that Toles can tell. North Korea's bomb shows what happens when you trust lying, evil regimes even just a little. North Korea's bomb ingloriously proves Bush's point, and the only reason we're soft-pedaling it today is that we can't do everything at once.
